Physiotherapy is a comprehensive science that is constantly evolving and researching. Each therapist deals with different methods and has different knowledge and skills. You inform us in the history of previous treatments and we choose the most modern methods for the best result. It does not only matter what treatment one has done, but also which Therapist has done it.
WHAT TO HAVE WITH ME ON THE FIRST VISIT
It is good to have with you the medical diagnosis as well as the test results that you may have done such as e.g. X-rays, CT or MRI scans.
HOW LONG DOES A SESSION LAST?
Each case is unique and is treated as such. After extensive examination and evaluation the physiotherapist determines the cause of the problem. Based on these findings, decide on the appropriate individualized treatment regimen, the duration of which as well as the number of sessions required may vary.
WHAT TO WEAR ON THE FIRST VISIT
You should wear comfortable clothes, depending on the area to be treated, so that it is easily accessible by the physiotherapist. It is also recommended to have a shorts with you in case there is a problem in the lower extremities.
